Delivery Times
All domestic orders will be shipped via Australia Post within 1-2 business day. 
Please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive depending on location.
International orders will be shipped via Australia Post within 1-2 business day.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found within the order details in your account, or on the carrier’s website.

Our standard order processing time is up to 1-3 business days. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorisations, product availability, or international customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
